Who we are

Boost AI Solutions (ABN 49 687 709 539) is an AI consulting practice based in Brisbane, Queensland. We help established Australian businesses identify and implement AI-enabled workflows.

This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. It applies to this website and to enquiries you make with us. Consulting engagements are covered by their own written agreements, which may include additional privacy and confidentiality terms.

What we collect

If you submit our enquiry or application form, we collect what you provide:

• Your name, work email, company and role
• Your annual revenue band and team size
• The key systems you use and your preferred start timeframe (if provided)
• Your phone number (if provided)
• Your message describing the process or problem you want addressed

We also collect limited technical and analytics data when you browse the site — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site and how you interact with pages. This is collected through the tools described below.

How we use your information

• Meta pixel — conversion measurement, when we are running advertising on Meta platforms

These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can limit or block them through your browser's cookie and privacy controls, and you can opt out of personalised advertising at Your Online Choices. The site continues to work with these tools blocked.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site and respond to enquiries:

• Vercel — hosts this website. Requests to the site may be processed on infrastructure located overseas, including in the United States.
• Resend — delivers enquiry form submissions to us by email.

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the providers listed here, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and any period required afterwards for legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Security

The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and form submissions are transmitted using transport encryption. Access to enquiry details is limited to the founder. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Access and correction

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@boostaisolutions.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time — usually within a few business days.

Complaints
